Why golfers need strength and mobility training?
Research indicates that as we age, we tend to become less active. This can result in reduced mobility, joint rigidity, and muscle wastage. Ultimately, this can lead to discomfort and pain in various parts of our body, such as the back, hips, and shoulders. As golfers, it's important that we engage in regular strength and mobility exercises to prevent these problems, enabling us to play golf for longer periods without experiencing any pain.
